Stay away. It's a ripoff that you will be charged every year for nothing at value what so ever. To cancel is another ripoff. A headache and a nightmare. HELL NO.

Legal zoom helped making setting up Business LLC a pleasure.

The representative Shawn was very helpful and professional! I have talk to other reps and they were not very helpful they need more representatives like Shawn.

Legal zoom was very helpful with establishing my recent LLC. Very easy process.

I called legalzoom today and Mike answered all of my general questions. Then he went above and beyond and told me he had time to walk me through the process on the phone and did it with me. Mike was phenomenal. I really appreciated his patience and understanding with helping me throughout the whole process.

Needed help with name of my LLC and after the 2nd try I was able to get a name I am happy with and can move forward. Spoke with a Jamaal, he was very helpful and professional. I have been using LegalZoom for years and never had any issues.

Worthless they know nothing about your company and don't care to. 2 plus hour wait time to speak to a rep. The worst company I've worked with.

I take back my first glowing review. That review was sent when I first sent my incorporation information in and received some really great customer service filling out the paperwork. Since then it's been a nightmare.
Robot emails telling me to complete information after I've already talked to somebody on the phone that said I don't have to complete the next step quite yet.
I've been incorporated since January 5 but not hearing about it until February 12 / repeated issues with the SS4 and just finding out yesterday that the form that I submitted three weeks ago still hasn't been submitted to the IRS in order for me to obtain an EIN.
So I've been incorporated since January 5 but I probably won't be able to open up my company bank account until June perhaps even July.
If you're thinking about incorporating with LegalZoom I would run in the other direction as fast as humanly possible. Oh and the other comments concerning hold times, yeah you better believe it. I'll get a message that says you need to call us I'll call the number and they tell me I have 2 to 3 hour wait. You know what? I don't wait for 2 to 3 hours for anybody.
I made the mistake of hiring LegalZoom to be my legal agent as well, and that's a mistake I'll be fixing very soon... as soon as I know they've submitted the SS4 form.
What a mess...

This is the second time I have used Legal Zoom - the first time for my LLC. They were able to help me with filing a change in my LLC and also noticed there was another bi-annual notification to the state that needed to be filed and was due. I was able to get both items addressed and it was very easy to do. Excellent customer service and very fast responses.

Today is March 30th 2021 and this long and exausting process started june/july of 2020. To this day I still dont have my EIN and I cant get anywhere with them. Back in 2008 or around I had used LegalZoom and it went perfectly. Almost a year later... taxes due in a couple weeks and no EIN... What a joke...
